In the cracking section, the preheated ethane and steam (water-hydrocarbon mass ratio of 0.3) enter the cracking furnace, and react at 800 °C to obtain ethylene and other byproducts, the cracking gas is then quenched to 600 °C to avoid decomposition reactions, and the quenched 500 ° C, 10MPa byproduct high-pressure steam is sent to the turbine compressor. The cooled pyrolysis gas then enters the turbine compressor for a multi-stage compression to remove the acid gas and residual water. In the separation section, a refrigerant is used to further cool and compress part of the tail gas, and the hydrogen gas is separated from it for acetylene hydrogenation. The separated liquid product material is removed from it by a series of rectification towers, and the target product ethylene is obtained.
