Foaming agent business
With the implementation of the Montreal Protocol in relevant countries, CFC compounds are gradually being phased out. The gradual phase out of HCFCs has also been put on the agenda and has been gradually banned and phased out in some countries such as Europe, the United States, and Japan. Therefore, the replacement of HCFC-141b-based foaming agent will be the main research and development topic in the field of polyurethane rigid foam in the coming years. At present, the application of polyurethane rigid foam in the construction industry has just begun in China and will experience rapid growth.
The major feature of polyurethane rigid foam is its superior insulation performance. As an insulation material for construction, besides requiring low thermal conductivity, flame retardancy is also one of the fundamental requirements. Overall, polyurethane rigid foam for construction is divided into sandwich panels (continuous and interrupted, metal and non-metal surface materials), block foam (continuous and interrupted), spray coating materials, etc.

Organic solvents are a type of solvent that uses organic compounds as a medium and are widely used in daily life and production. Among them, the most commonly used coating solvent oil (commonly known as paint solvent oil) has a wide range of uses in edible oil, printing ink, leather, pesticides, insecticides, rubber, cosmetics, spices, chemical polymerization PP/PE, and medicine.
In the early stages of industrial production, these organic solvents were often not properly treated due to people's lack of awareness of their hazards. Later, people gradually realized the dangers of these organic solvents, but more environmentally friendly hydrocarbon solvents such as isobutane, n-butane, cyclopentane, isopentane, etc. were used.
